Hula Hoop Dance & Hula Hoop Gymnastics: Hula Hooping helps with fine motor skills, reflexes, balance, stamina and decision making as well as strengthening and flexibility of muscles. It will challenge your brain and muscles while having fun.

Jump Shot: Jump Shot is a new class that we have designed with boys in mind. It utilizes all of the exercises that dancers use to achieve their lightning-fast speed, incredible agility and soaring jumps as well as strength, coordination and balance.
