Contemporary Dance is a form of musical expression which incorporates modern and post-modern aspects of dance, as well as classical dance styles such as ballet. Contemporary dance is the exploration of the total movement potential of the body. Contemporary Dance consist of improvisation the development of individual movement . Contemporary seeks to work with the natural aliment of the body and is therefore safe for beginners. We will also focus on improving posture coordination body aliment. Elements of ballet and jazz may be incorporated into the class.
